iwaredir.ntf problem?

When you use the mail8.ntf template, the server's notes.ini line:
iNotes_WA_UI=inotes_lite
would force the users to see the lite interface. However, that seems not to be the case in your case, as your mail8.ntf works as full, but only the dwa7.ntf works as lite.

The problem could be that iwaredir.ntf from Domino 8.0.1 is not working together with dwa7.ntf, but you might still check if these steps of adjusting the iwaredir.ntf could help you:
